Lana and I are very honored to be sharing our new video, “Cornstalk Pony Days” with our Tidewater friends.
We produced this new recording of our song, “Cornstalk Pony” at Cimirron/Rainbird Recording over the last several months, working remotely with some of my Nashville musician friends. Our new recording found it’s way to video producers, Fadocia and Steve Hall, through our mutual friend Lori Ridgeway and is featured in the PBS show “The Wild Side” which will be airing on the Tennessee and Kentucky PBS affiliates in December and January. For our friends in Nashville be sure to check your local PBS stations for airing times. I find great joy in realizing that although the pandemic has basically shut down live performance in 2020 for us and so many of our friends that creativity has not shut down. Historically the arts is what people long for during times like these.
